Thank you for choosing us, please find our Terms & Conditions below-
1. Service & Pricing:
Price and work scope are approved before service. Any additional findings are explained and done only with customer approval.
2. Access & System Condition:
Customer must provide safe access to HVAC, vents, dryer vent, and attic, and report any known issues. Undisclosed or pre-existing problems are not our responsibility. Unsafe conditions allow the technician to stop the job.
3. Liability:
We are not responsible for damage caused by existing issues such as mold, leaks, pests, weak connections, improper installations, or old/worn systems. We are responsible only for damage caused directly by our negligence.
4. System Issues Not Related to Our Work:
We are not responsible for failures unrelated to the cleaning, including electrical issues, blower/compressor failure, clogging, or breakdowns due to age or lack of maintenance. The company may offer paid help at its discretion.
5. Payments & Cancellation:
Payment may be taken at the start or end of service based on company decision or customer availability.
Cancellations after work begins are non-refundable.
Deposits are non-refundable for any reason.
6. Warranty:
HVAC cleaning – 30 days.
Dryer vent cleaning – 10 days.
Warranty is void if the customer refuses recommended repairs or improvements that affect results.
Warranty does not cover pre-existing issues or lack of future maintenance.
7. Results & Maintenance:
Cleaning improves airflow and reduces contaminants, but results depend on system age and condition. Future maintenance is required to keep results. Warranty does not cover issues caused by lack of maintenance.
